Before generation
- The signed-in user owns the report.
- The selected template contains required placeholders and complete loop pairs.
- Selected typed details contain usable values.
- Selected source-based fields contain the chosen text, URL, or PDF.
- The account has the required plan and remaining usage when AI is needed.
Validation does not use an attempt
Validation failures before the AI provider is contacted consume no AI credit and no attempt.

Selected section
The related placeholder is required and the report must contain enough information to prepare that part.
Unselected section
The placeholder is not required for this preparation run. Saved data remains available for later use.
Manual and AI paths
Basic
Uses typed content and deterministic formatting with manual Tasks Performed.
Classic
Uses the complete non-AI workflow without plan-based report or export quotas and automates figure tables.
Premium
Can write, improve, research, and read URL or PDF sources, subject to credits and attempts.
AI does not replace facts
Names, dates, addresses, duties, equipment, and official statements must come from your input or a reliable source.
After generation
- Prepared or AI-written content is saved to the report.
- Quality warnings remain visible when a source item could not be confidently confirmed.
- A successful Premium generation consumes one credit and the attempt that started it.
- A provider or save failure restores the credit, but the attempt stays used after provider contact.
- You may edit details and download again without another AI generation when no rewrite is needed.
